Looking for a solution !!! Any ideas or suggestions ?

After supercharging the car, it has come the time for the cars inspection and scanning in, it will not pass !!!!!
Three monitors are flashing, both O2's and the catalytic converter monitor. I brought back to Mustang Magic after putting on over 500 miles on the car after the final flash and Dyno tune, thinking in would be good, and no good !!!! Their thinking it could be the SCT program, but their still having a hard time making it pass !!! Any ideas or suggestion please let me know. Thanks

register the car in someone elses name. You will be good for another year,,,, then put it back into your name... repete. That's what I do. Or you can register it to another address where testing is not done.

Where would the testing not be done ?

Lean on the people who did the work. They offer it, they install it, they better stand by their work.

You would have to search around for that answer. After you transfer it to someone elses name you will have a year before testing has to be done again. Sad to say I have been doing this for years now. I used a american muscle tune where they turned off the rear 02 sensors. I believe my cats are gummed up do to running to rich on their tune. Of course it took me years before I ever found out they turned off the rear 02's. Try Steeda for a tune. They don't seem to hide these important facts.

If both O2 sensors and the monitors aren't going "ready", that's 4 sensors that are possibly turned off in the tune.
Chances are good that at least the rears are off, since it's common practice by many tuners to do that.
it allows them to tune the car as they please and when the car produces emissions off the scale, the monitors being off won't trigger a check-engine light.

That being said, you need to go back to whoever tuned it and let them know the car's not passing a state inspection.
They should be able to give you an "emissions" tune, possibly detuned a bit, but with all the sensors turned on.
And yes, you'll have to drive the car for another 100 miles or so before going back for the state inspection again

I had the same thing when I first got my supercharger & tune. I talked to my tuner and he said they do normally turn off some sensors when doing a tune so the computer can run faster. Anyway, they had turned off my O2 sensors. He redid the tune so all the sensors were turned on and after driving for a while to reset everything I passed fine and have been doing so the past 3 times. All you need in an "emissions" tune. Just for some peace of mind I also purchased a code reader/OBD II scanner from Actron so I could plug in while driving and see if everything was ready to test. https://actron.com/content/obd-ii-pocketscan
You plug it in to the OBD port and it displays emissions status so you know if you're good to go.

By the way, the '10+ cars and possibly some older ones (my '07 Charger did this) will let you test if the PCM is ready for inspection ... turn engine off, turn key to ON position without starting engine, wait 30-60 seconds, if the check-engine light starts flashing the car is not ready yet, need to drive it more, city and highway combined

Initially we thought it was a tuning issue, so we put back on the dyno to make adjustment to see if that was the problem, but no cure !!!! Also after every pull we were losing a lot of power !!!! Now were talking like 400 rwhp then 300 rwhp and that should not be after initially doing 717 rwhp !!!! We were totally baffled !!!
Anyway, on the last pull, they heard a big BANG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "OH NO DID WE BLOW THE ENGINE !!!!!" The engine was running F**ked up !!! The checked all the cylinders and everything was lighting up, so it was not the engine. The car was put up on the lift to check the exhaust and followed it down to the mufflers, only to find on the right one after shaking it, they heard moving metal inside it. Investigating the muffler they found a solid fist size ball of metal inside my right Borla muffler !!!!!!
Needless to say, what had happened my high-flow cats insides melted solid and was eventually preventing any exhaust from flowing on one side, finally dislodged from the cats, shot through my pipes and ended up inside my muffler. The other cat was partially melted, with very little flow, which explains the engine running badly after the right-side cats inside dislodging, because one side was clear and the other was partially blocked.
Finally, after replacing my mufflers, gutting out my cats and turning them off in the tune, then driving it around several miles, the O2 monitors turned on and the cats were showing not supported !!!! Ultimately, it was good enough to pass !!!!!!!
NOW WERE GOOD TO GO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's crazy what happened! If I ever do work on my exhaust, I'll keep this in mind.

That's why they say not to run cats, if you can get away with it, like I did !!!
