I point a finger at Social Media for this as it seems the "younger" generation feels they have to video themselves doing something stupid / illegal just to get a few likes on Facebook. Around here if he did that on a bridge he would get charged with stunt driving and I'd enjoy watching his car get crushed into a small block of metal.
