Got a ford tech to write me back he said to use the stock studs and nuts and just use a lil green lock tight and to use OEM gaskets. He said it's going on two years and no leaks for him.

I've done 3 sets of headers on S197's (2 ARH and 1 Kooks) and used the bolts that came with the headers and stock Ford gaskets and haven't had any leaks. The Ford gaskets are the **** and the flanges on the good aftermarket headers are incredible. This isn't the cork **** gaskets and ****ty steel headers we had 20 years ago.
