Kudos to Doug (No not that Doug) and Brenspeed Customer Service!

Yesterday afternoon I ordered a Tune File from them and while I gave them everything they needed in the comments section on the car I failed to give them the Device SN.

1 hour later I got an.... Email? Nope, a personal phone call from Doug. He even said they would try to get it out the next day (no guarantee you understand).

So do I get it late this afternoon? Nope. It was here when I got through with lunch. Well my eyes are not what they once were so naturally I must have misread the Device SN as the tune file wont load because the last digit is an 8 (instead of a B). So I call and get Doug without even a hold. He says he will try and get it out before the end of the day.... 5pm? Nope, I got it about a half hour later....

The tune? I havnt gotten it into the '11 5.0 yet but if Brent puts the same effort into tunes Doug puts into Customer Service I have no doubt it will be excellent.

Excellent customer service! Under promise and over deliver is a policy that is so seldom adhered to in this day and age...

 

I think people are so caught up in the #'s they forget that part. Because if you have a problem no matter how good the #'s are and they need to be there. They always answer any question you have even if you have not purchased from them.

 

I just ordered a 91oct tune from Brenspeed today and they were real cool.I'm not sure if it was Doug that I talked to but they were very helpful and assured me I would be happy with the tune.
