Intake questions

Ok first, I appologize if there's already a thread on this but I couldn't find one.

First statement. Ordering Boss intake, Ford Racing 90mm throttle body with Boss adapter and JLT carbon fiber cold air intake.

My question is, will the CAI fit that throttle body? I know JLT offers a bigger adapter for the Boss intake but I'm not sure it will match to the bigger throttle body. Should I stick with the stock throttle body or what?

Anyone with personal experience, your input is well appreciated.

I have the Boss Intake on my 2011 Gt. The JLT Cold air intake fit fine with a stock throttle body. I know that they have two adapters for the 90mm throttle body. That for the throttle body to the intake.

So what other mods do you have on your car that you need a 90mm throttle body? The 85mm throttle body would be more then enough. I'm not sure if the 90mm will be too much.

I also have a boss mani with JLT cai and tune. Unless ur going forced induction the larger TB is not worth the cost IMO. The stock TB is perfect if ur staying N/A. Save the
Money for Other mods u want if u plan on going forced induction down the road get the larger TB.

Yeah plan on getting them air brushed same color as the car! Still need boss tower strut and the boss dress up covers will paint them too! The car runs so much better! It's a huge difference! Pulls like a beast! Now to get the LT's and o/r x pipe installed.
