We can't really help you out too much unless you give us some goals and budget, however, regardless of your goals/budget a tune is going to be the best bang for your buck if you're not going to go the forced induction route.
There are lots of opinions on what tune/tuner to go with. Do some research on that and make a decision based on what's important to you.
You should also consider getting some supporting mods to help get the power you already have to the ground. Look into getting gears, springs, rear LCAs, wider rear tires, etc.

Bud,
You have to be careful when adding that much HP at once ... it won't do you much good if you can't put that power to the ground. With HP upgrades come suspension upgrades. A real nice Power Pak from Steeda is a tune/CAI & the Boss Intake is another route to go if you can't pull the trigger on the SC.
Expect peak power gains in excess 50 horsepower over a stock GT on stock exhaust, but peak gains don't tell the whole story. With the Boss intake top end power never falls off, giving you a car that just keeps pulling hard shift after shift. It is an intoxicating feeling you will enjoy over and over again.

Send me a note if you would like to discuss how to add power gains without sacrificing your ride ... we can put a very nice package together for you.
Best Regards,
TJ

I would add that if you don't have the Brembo brakes on your 5.0 that you very much consider a brake upgrade to go with the big power gains your thinking to get. Gotta be able to stop that beast.
