2013 GT radiator

I live in Dallas Texas and when I start my car I immediately hear the radiator fan, even on a cold start. Is that normal? On a similar note, is a radiator upgrade to the Boss version (or other) recommended for hotter regions such as Texas?

Is the a/c on when you start it....this would cause the fans to run. Never heard of any cooling issues on any '11+ cars.

Unless you will be tracking your car a lot then no radiator upgrade is needed.
