No I got the pipes with the axlebacks from a gt500 owner that upgraded his whole setup. American muscle has a heartthrob h-pipe that comes with the over the axle pipes. There was another place that was selling just the over the axle pipes with no resonators as well I'll have to see if I can find it. No I don't have the part numbers but I'll see if I can find them.

How is the resonance/ drone at highway speeds cruising (no resonators)? Dang, the no resonators has me thinking too. That sounds nasty bro!

Awesome exhaust note! Exactly what I'm planning on doing first in the next few months. Eventually adding a Catless H down the road.

None whatsoever. When you hit 6th gear at 2000 rpm's it goes silent! I drive 4.5 hours to work and home each week and there is no drone even at 80 mph on the interstate.

That should be it. All you need is open pipes with no resonators. Ive heard of people having an exhaust shop cut the resonators out and weld in straight pipes.

Ive even heard of folks with other cars that have the resonators cut out with the stock exhaust. Makes the stock exhaust louder. I was gonna do that but then i found my GT500's.

I swear it seems my stock exhaust are getting louder as I get a few miles on the clock. I have 2,100 on it now. I put the tune in at 1,200. I don't know if that had any factor in opening up the mufflers more or not? I swear in the last week I've noticed it has gotten louder though. I may just cut out the resonators and see how it sounds and go from there.

Mine did the same thing. My gt500's did as well. Definitely worth it even if you are going to add aftermarket exhaust later.

I edited the video a little bit better. Still pretty new to uploading and editing video. I dont think the sound improved but my transitions and video got a little better. I took out alot of the wainting around time as I turned around and made my passes. Gonna enlist some help and get some low speed cruising around exterior and some interior cruising videos this week so stay tuned!
