I would be very interested in hearing how that turns out for you DS.

Here is a question... might need someone with some extensive knowledge in tuning, but What if I got a Ford Racing tune done at the dealership, had them put it in under warranty protection or whatever, and then changed it to a Bama tune (or something else) would they be able to tell I changed it? Would the computer "tell Ford when they check" that this is a Ford Racing tune or a Bama tune? Where do babies come from?

All these valid points I think... =]

Geez, Pete! You sure did pull that tune trigger awfully fast. Get used to those 3.73s yet?
My neighbor has the standard 3.31 in his 2013 GT 6M- we took turns driving each other's cars and both agree the 3.73 is the way to go (his next mod will be having a 3.73 installed).

I'm not exactly sure why, but the Procal has made my 1st-2nd shift a LOT easier! If I had to guess, I'd say the reason is the throttle response is a bit quicker (so, when you wind it up in 1st and dump into 2nd there isn't that "lag" anymore that always wanted to throw me through the windshield). All in all the Procal is just what the doctor ordered. The car felt fast before, now it feels fast and quick (feels a lot more torque-y down low).

I put it into SportTrac today, nailed the throttle in 2nd going around a 30mph on ramp and the back end started to fish out on me (pretty cool- did a nice drift through 90 degrees of the loop).

With the mods I've done (GT500 axle backs, Boss-style stripes, Redline struts, sound generator delete, and Procal tune), I'm pretty much "done" at this point- the car drives and looks almost perfect for my tastes. The ONLY thing I could envision for the future would be 1.5" lowering springs all around and slightly wider- with a higher profile- Continental DWS tires when I've toasted the Pirelli Zeros.

Oh, and they finally got me a windshield that doesn't induce nausea! (First replacement was almost as wavy as the original- but fortunately also had a big scratch... the second replacement was much better- just a bit of waving in the extreme right 20% or so of the glass- which I can live with.)

Looks like I'll be talking with Ford Racing again to get an adjustment tune for stalling with the a/c on max. No codes, no CEL, just misses latching onto idle and croaks.
