First youtube upload, full exhaust video

I threw together some clips off my GoPro using an external microphone.
This is my car with Kooks LTs, O/R X-pipe, and GT500 mufflers.
Shortly, I will be switching over to my homemade h-pipe (see picture) to hopefully get rid of some of the raspiness. Once I do that I'll make another video comparing them.

Cool video and well constructed H-pipe as well. Great job. I can't wait to hear the difference.

Sounds awesome man! I don't know if you'll be able to chase out all that "raspy-ness" your talking about... These engines have a distinct exhaust note and a set of long tubes, especially a setup like an equal length/mid length Kooks style makes it more prominent.

But that's pretty cool if you ask me, they way your car sounds, the way a coyote with F.I. Sounds, or one with long tubes and F.I. , those are all awesome distinct exhaust notes. Every great engine design has a distinct note... When you start talking about 32 valve small displacement V8's this is ultimately one of the (maybe not THE best, but definitely one of) best sounding out there!

Sounds great. Do you have any pics of the car with the SHR louvers more visible?

The exhaust sounds great, and that's one sweet-looking ride!

I loved the shot of the skid marks as they were being laid down.

They absolutely were a pain to install! I ended up dropping the k member to get everything back together.

I finally got my new homemade h-pipe on, did it at the same time as installing the new aluminum ds.

I am SO surprised at the difference in exhaust tone going from an x to an h pipe made. I LOVE the new sound, sounds a lot deeper now. Just like a muscle car should! I'm in love with her all over again!

Here's a clip comparing the different setups, The difference in person is way way more distinct that what is sounds like on the computer. Ya'll be the judge though...
