Steeda CAI and 93 tune is second to none. The instructions to the cai suck but other than that the fit/ finish and gain from the tune is awesome.

Before I put the TVS on I had a Steeda CAI. Quaility is top shelve. With a JPC 93 Octane tune it ran 3 tenths faster than with the stock tune and air box. I'm sure not all 3 tenths are due to the CAI. The tune has a lot to do with the results.
The looks of the Steeda CAI are worth buying it.

i have the airaid and use a bama tune. the CAI fits well, has nice molded construction, and has good instructions. the intake itself is good for sound mostly (it's a nice sound and worth it). don't expect significant power unless you get a tune. a lot of retailers happen to bundle them, giving the impression that the intake will add 10-15 hp alone. really, the meat of the power is from the tune. the tuner/CAI combo has more of a mutually beneficial relationship when using an intake with larger MAF diameter. good luck!

Are we talking about a 5.0 Mustang or a V6?

What were the issues with the instructions? We are always looking to hear feedback from our consumers, haven't had many calls about the write up.

Phil, what tune are you running?

Best Regards,

TJ
