Edelbrock E-Force Supercharger for 2011 GT at AmericanMuscle

Available 3/21/11 for pre-order! Shipping as of Early April 2011! - Check Out More Details!

We've been waiting for this for a long time, and so have many 2011 GT owners. In 2009, one of the coolest running and most powerful superchargers per PSI came on the market for the 3V Mustang GT's from 05-09. Because of how affordable this kit was as well as the awesome design, it quickly became the most popular kit on the market. Now, Edelbrock is finally ready to unleash their 5.0L kit, and the gains are sure to shock you!

AmericanMuscle Pre-Order!
Be one of the very first to enjoy the monstrous horsepower and torque gains of the Edelbrock E-Force Supercharger Kit for your 2011 Coyote Mustang GT. AmericanMuscle has teamed up with Edelbrock to offer pre-orders. Be the envy of other Mustang enthusiasts - reserve yours now.

More Power. This E-Force Supercharger Kit was exclusively designed by Edelbrock to provide instant, reliable and safe horsepower for a stock 5.0L Coyote Mustang with low boost for minimum stress on the engine to produce an outstanding 559 HP and 503 ft./lbs of TQ at only 5 PSI!

Unique Design. The heart of the E-Force Supercharger is the all new Eaton Gen VI TVS Supercharger rotating assembly that has been integrated into the intake manifold for a seamless design with minimal components to eliminate the possibility of vacuum leaks. Edelbrock's unique inverted supercharger assembly is placed low in the valley allowing for 15" long intake runners for maximizing low end torque.

Stay Cool. Edelbrock uses the largest intercooler available. Keeping the air cool is a 110 square inch high capacity air-to-water intercooler and full face low temperature heat exchanger, making it "coolest running supercharger" on the market today.

50 State Legal. Unlike the competitors, Edelbrock Superchargers are 50 state emissions legal under Carb E.O# D-215-77.

Application: This Edelbrock E-Force Supercharger Kit is specifically designed for use on the 2011 GT Mustang with the all new Coyote 5.0 engine.

Worried About Warranty? Optional Edelbrock vehicle warranty is available - click for details!

Only 5 PSI?

Wow that's good power for that boost level.

How do they do that? I noticed it's really torquey too.

*EDIT* I shoulda read better before posting. I see where it says the inverted design & longer runners gives it that torque. Very cool!

Which brings me to my next question. Do the longer runners also hurt up top HP? Not that it matters to me, I like the low end torque better. I bet the strut tower brace wont fit over that!

Yeah. The TVS blowers typically roll the boost up a little bit top end, but not much. This 5psi will be flat until like 6k, and then it will hit 6 or 6.5psi at the very top.

The thread was started by one of American Muscle's competitors, so I'm not going to post the link in their thread. Go to page two, though, and you'll find what you're looking for there.

So it looks like we got word from Edelbrock that these kits will be on their way to us this week!

This is awesome! We should be able to get some rear wheel horsepower numbers on the system shortly, as well as detailed install info, etc. I can definitely say that it's a great day for the Mustang when you can comfortable have about 500RWHP on 5 PSI with 91 octane and a stock air box! That's no joke!

True! They way that it sits down low inside the manifold makes it very low profile and really aesthetically pleasing.

Do me a favor (speaking to Chris at AM, since I assume you'll have a shop car somewhere where you'll be installing this soon) and find out what strut tower brace will fit this system.

Edelbrock is offering a pulley upgrade for this, so we'll have a higher boost level available when it comes out, including 93 octane tuning.

I will find out what kind of STB's fit with this system tomorrow!

Any detailed pictures of the kit, IAT data (w/ambient) and STB info would be much appreciated.

I have a feeling Edelbrock is planning on making an STB for this kit, hence the notch at the top of the manifold.

That's interesting as my earlier platform kit peaked around 8-8.5 with the base pulley. It will be interesting to see some real dyno charts.
