Driveshaft clearence issue

I have a 4" Axle Exchange driveshaft and adjustable Eibach suspension. The driveshaft is contacting this plastic gas tank shield in the shaft tunnel. Has anyone had issues with this? What could fix the issue? Pinion angle or what? I had to raise the rear suspension to near stock height to prevent the shaft from rubbing when hitting everyday bumps in the road. I haven't tested it on big bumps on the highway yet, but I'm worried it may still hit.

Should've gone with a smaller DS!

Thanks for any input you can provide...

It could be the pinion angle that is tilting it up towards the shield.
