DOB Has Their GT550 Coyote Supercharger Kits Done
Thought you guys would want to check this out.
556rwhp at only 10psi and 6750rpm's. Pretty stout for any kit. Very stout considering that they are only $4700 and even less if you want to build your own.
I'd bet there is 600+ in there at 11psi and 7250+rpm's.

IDK about the Yote. The only hurdle I can think of is that because the TB wiring gets "split" so the GT500 TB can be run (with a harness) there MAY be something that needs to be switched over in the ECU to make that "active". But I don't think it would be an issue. The Yote TB 6 pin plug gets split into 4 and 2 pin plugs. Data is the same.

Yes.
Actually now that I think about it a tuner could give you a Roush base tune and that could be run. It uses a Roush harness for the TB and IAT sensor and those are the only things that are "particular".
When I tuned our S550 we used a Roush tune for startup and the first couple of tests (remote tuning).
