disconnecting battery

I might be doing some stereo work in the next couple of weeks. I am pretty sure that the battery will be disconnected. Is it not going to cause any issue with my recently installed Bama tune?

No. The tune is part of the flash memory on the PCM. It will not get erased with a loss of power.

I take my battery out all winter. The car remembers everything but the time and radio pre sets. It remembers my garage door opener. The My Color settings... Everything. Cannot imagine having a battery unhooked for a few minutes could hurt a tune.
