Well finally got to put on my manifold and my car throw a cht temp sensor code. What luck!!!! After hours of searching I found the plug on the back passenger head and sure enough a wire was broke at the plug.

Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Wire broke right at the plug.

 

Is it the type plug that you can remove the pin from? If solid rubber, cut the rubber back to where you can solder it.

 

That sucks bud! Can u take a pic of the plug and broken wire?

 

I took it to ford and the fixed it under warranty work. Thank god.
