They sound great, I originally put them on with the stock axle back and liked the sound. But wanted a little more tone, so I went with the GT500 AB.
I also added the QTEC302 cutouts so I can open and close them when ever I wanted.
There is a video a couple of post up that cababah posted.

I contemplated the boss pipes, but settled on borla s types instead. Both sound good, but they say the key is to have BOTH installed. Lol. Overboost, please post a vid of your setup...not sure how they sound together...hopefully harmony.

I have GT500 axle backs on my 2012GT and I am pleased with the tone of the mufflers but would like a little more volume but not obnoxious loud.
I am interested with the boss quad exhausts. I am wondering, are the extra 2 exhaust tips the cause for the increase in volume? Is there a change in the H pipe design that might contribute to the loudness?

I just can't get enough of the Boss Quads! With the SLP Loudmouth muffler deletes in the rear and the Boss sides, it sounds absolutely awesome! A mod, I would definitely do over again... And with the temperatures finally dropping in Florida, I can really enjoy them with the windows down and A/C off!!! Just insane!

The increase in sound is because you are running with open exhaust at the side pipes and the amount of exhuast can be controlled with the baffles that come with the side pipes. The stock hole in the baffle is like 3/8", most people take them out or drill them to 5/8"or 3/4" hole or remove them all together for more volume. I had mine at a 5/8" hole and it was pretty good with the GT500 AB.

The Boss side exhaust is the cat's meow. Perhaps my most favorite mod. The sweet thing about it is it compliments any mufflers you decide to put on or [in the case of muffler deletes] take off.

So...creedog, sonce the Boss motor sounds very similar to the standard Coyote it should be pretty easy to find out what one sounds like with the Boss side exits and the stock mufflers.
