Boss 302 Intake help

I'm following the directions to a tee (or so I thought), and disconnected this hose (see pic).

Fluid (tranny?) sprayed everywhere. Was I not supposed to disconnect that hose??? Seems like I needed to get the intake manifold off.

Please help!

I wouldn't think you'd need to remove those.

Coolant yes (obviously not tranny).

Pissed it sprayed everywhere...

I just bought the BOSS 302 intake and L&M 82mm throttle body I cannot wait until they come in.

How does that cammed tune work with the auto?? Is there a lot of bucking at idle and when you first accelerate?

I have a Bama and Lund you can't get them for automatic (Cammed tune) from Lund when I ordered my tune

I thought that but when I first glazed over this post he said something about tranny fluid leaking (thus I thought he had an auto) I now see it was coolant.
