BMR springs and your ground to fender measurement?

BMR springs and your ground to fender measurement?
Hey all, so I ordered a set of rear only BMR springs today to match with my Eibach Pro springs up front. I got the Eibach Dub kit for $125 and the advertised drop was 1.5'' in the back so I thought my car would sit at 28'' since it was 29.5" factory.
Well it actually is above 28.5'' so I didn't even get 1 inch out back. The front did drop 1 inch exactly. Did anybody else experience this w/ the Dub Kit? I almost think the whole "Dub Kit" sale for $125 was springs that were too tall so they just needed to get rid of them. Don't get me wrong, they function great, but the drop isn't what is advertised and I've heard other people state this same thing. Roush told me they'd "settle" to 28'' but they haven't changed since 100 or so miles of driving and I've had them 2 months and probably 2500 miles.
I did some research and after talking to Kelly @ BMR today (very helpful btw) and looking around on the forums for different pictures, I decided to go w/ the rear BMRs b/c they seem to lower it more. There is one guy I saw that said his rear ground to fender was 27.75 w/ BMR. That's what Kelly told me I would be at when I told him my diameter tires. He said at most 28'' but probably lower near 27 3/4''. This makes really no sense to me since BMR advertises 1.25 drop rear and Eibach pro kit advertises 1.5'' when my car sits over 28.5'' in the rear.
Can some people confirm if you have BMR lowering springs what your measurements are? I plan on taking pictures of both set ups and probably just keeping the Eibach rears in my basement so if it doesn't work out I can just swap them back. I've heard the rears are pretty easy so I'm gonna tackle it by myself.

Looks great. Your back sat lower than the front w/ the Eibach pro front and BMR rear? I just got my BMR rears on today w/ Eibach Dub up front. It's perfect. 2 finger gap front and back. I also plan to take out the spare so that's not sagging the rear end down.

Roelito78, car looks nice. I will post my pics with SVE springs soon, have not been able to wash the car. I think I am sitting about about 28.25" now, the car can take upto 1 week to settle down. What size are your rims?

Also, I have the rear Eibach Dub kit springs for sale if any stock Stangs are interested. They will lower the rear 1'' and you wouldn't need anything else. It would make a stock car sit level and bring the rear down.
