Billet Technology oil catch cans installed on my Whippled 5.0
Today I went ahead and installed the 2 new black-anodized Billet Technology oil catch cans I recently got.
They don't sell a package for the Mustang, so I ordered them as if for a 2007 5.7 Charger (what I used to own before the Mustang), since I knew what I was gonna get (the standard mount and some pcv hoses).
After studying the engine bay a bit, I decided that swapping 2 PCV connectors and using one of the hoses cut into 4 different pieces was gonna do the trick.
Started by removing the driver side PCV tube:
(ignore the fact that it's cut into 2 pieces here)
I then cut the tube at the end to free up the 90-degree connector:
Then I removed the passenger side short tube that goes from the supercharger to the T-connection in the line that goes from the passenger-side valve cover to the lower intake manifold, and rotated the hard-line connector upward:
The 90-degree connector now connected to a short piece of hose and to the catch can:
Passenger side catch can all done:
The pieces used to connect the driver side catch can:
And the driver side can all done:
Both cans installed:
And a "before" pic, just in case someone wants to see it:

Looks good but I would keep an eye out on your outlet hoses because I used to run UPR's original design catch can which is the same design as BT's on my 14GT and it left liquid oil in my outlet hose.
My fiancee also ran this style UPR can on her 07 GT and it did the same thing. She just switched it out for the same one I now run on my car and now she only gets a slight oil film.

Thanks. These are actual pcv hoses though so they shouldn't do that. UPR apparently didn't just copy the can but also the hoses when they were selling those ... lol

The hoses won't make any difference in whether oil gets through the can. I used the factory quick connects in my setup and on my fiancee's.
UPR also just used regular hose when they sold their original kits because mine were not the hard plastic PVC line like the factory used.
Hopefully yours won't let oil through but I would check it after running it for awhile.
