Best tune for '13 mustang
I have a 2013 gt and I wanted to know what is the best tune with the most gains and that has a good running track record of not having blown motors.

You know what I would but my only internet source is my phone and for some **** reason the search button along with other stuff does not work whatsoever. This is the only reason I tried and trust me I googled it too since that is my only option but I found nothing. So if anyone could please answer my question I would greatly appreciate it.

its a manual totally stock but hoping to do boss manifold, o/r midpipe, intake stuff like that. I'm wanting to make it faster, not necessarily full on drag car but something that is faster and the occasional autocross as well.

I'm running a Bama hybrid 93-octane tune and I like it.
It's my first tune on this car so I have nothing but the stock tune to compare it to, but it certainly SEEMS to pull harder.
I installed an Airaid "Race" CAI at the same time and I think it's a pretty good combo

I saw auto-x. Don't forget suspension then. Oh, and then wheels and tires.
Between the tune, mods and suspension, be ready to drop some nice coin.

I autocross and with the stock tune I easily spin my tires (285/35 hankook r-s3's) launching at mild throttle at 2k rpms. A new tune may hurt you with its increased throttle response. Power is the last thing you need for autocross.

That is true ... 0 issues to date and we have great performance gains with our tune. There are more aggressive tunes out there ... but with Steeda you get the safety of knowing nothing will happen.
If you want it to be a little bit more aggressive then Gus can help you out with that.
Please let me know if I can help you order a tune of if you would like to speak off-line. You can reach me at tim@steeda.com.
Best Regards,
TJ

I use a SCT Tune on my 2012. I also added a cia and an 85MM throttle body. I did a dyno and I am pushing 416 at the wheels and 395 torque. Ask others their numbers and then you will get facts instead of assumptions on which is best.

You are correct! Which why I suggested wheels/tires and suspension.

well its only the occasional autocross like maybe two or three times in a year. I already have wheels and tires on a staggered setup. I was checking out steeda and I was thinking about giving it a try probably.
