here's a crappy iphone clip I took when getting cmr tuned. JPC after cat x-pipe>resonator delete> gt 500 mufflers. The roller is the high pitched sound you hear but I dont think the exhaust sounds raspy. Then again its just another opinion. Look at the Sticky on top of the 5.0 GT Modifications section....It's titled exhaust clips....That's the one I used to decide on my set up.

FWIW, I have the Bassani after cat x-pipe. Fit and quality are top notch and it got rid of the popping on decel the GT500/resonator delete combo is known for

Sorry to be "late." Out of town to shows. I had the Bassani x-pipe installed by a really goood exhaust guy here and he had a little trouble getting at some of the bolts holding the oem H-pipe. After everything ready for install we had to "stretch" the pipes from the oem cats to make it fit. On jackstands it might be a little uncomfortable, but it could be done.
