Bama X4 tuner stucked
I was going to try to install the additional tunes I got from an email from Bama. Part of the process, step 3, says to let the update run first before loading the custom tune files. It found 169 files to download. The tuner is stuck at 121 out of 169 files at 6% done.
What do I do now?

I sent an email last night. yeah, I had to unplug it since it wasn't doing anything. Now, I am scared to use it to load other tunes since I am not sure if the tuner went bad.

You're talking it got stuck while you were transferring files from your PC to the tuner right? Or did you mean from your tuner to the car, as it was connected via OBDII?

So through PC.
Make sure your internet connection is consistent. And make sure your drivers are up to date. This happened to me too. Problem was the update to the SCT sw on the PC. You'll need to reload everything, then do a manual driver identification. Then it works fine. It was a major PITA.

dohc97 Sorry to hear about the trouble here and thanks to ZTO5 for the help here - The connection is typically the culprit having them loaded up. It's definitely a pain and if it's still acting up shoot the Bama Team a call if you need any other help/support on this!!!

....Just to make sure...was it Justin? If they hired someone new and I haven't heard about it I'm going to flip out (Kidding)
Keep us in the loop on this and sorry about the IT troubles, I swear 99% of the time there's an issue just physically getting the tune onto the car!!
