Bama Hybrid tune - 11.9 @ 119
I 've heared that since the new pavement/black top it is actually a good prep track now! I'll get back up there soon enough as soon as I get my tires and wheels and hit off that mid 11 sec run also.. My mph is there 118-120. just can't hook for **** on the factory 235's

Besides, slicks are a huge part of this formula...and definitely not stock.

I honestly think all the tunes are so close to each other. I have driven a Lund tuned car with more or less the same mods and the car felt the same IMO. I went with Bama for the free tunes for life, and the possibility of them even helping me if the motor pops. The car is moving plenty fast enough with my Bama tuned car.
they are all basically the same for n/a tunes. Part of being a SCT tuner is sharing what you learn. SCT and FORD have a relationship not much unlike the STEEDA and FORD deal. I know that some of the scaling and maps that get played with under boosted applications are generally specific to the tuner and he way he chooses to do his math. but everything else is pretty cookie cutter across the board.
Just so I get it right there is no tune on this car that ran an 11.90? factory tune and slicks it ran 11.90? Thats what I dont believe. I think I have threads and or posts mixed up
And I dont believe people I dont know with out some sort of proof. like car running in a video. To easy to lie. I am sure you are probably telling the truth. With a -300DA I might be able to swallow it with a factory tune.

Was at a buddies house, he has a cobra on a DR that isn't running and we decided lets bolt them on the 5.0 and test out my new tune....
The car isn't even a full bolt on car at this point, I am playing around with fabbing up a set of side exits off the LT's so it is a factory exhaust manifold, BBR off road x, factory pipe and roush A/B's mind you.
Next will be suspension and look for mid 11's.
The new tune is Bama's "hybrid" tune that they just released. Very please with the tune, can use some revision but without a doubt it pulls harder then my "race" tune did IMO. Some tweaks and I will be set.

Very impressive times! That's definitely some good driving, if you cut that 60ft down a bit you can definitely drop a few tenths. I'm glad to hear you're enjoying the hybrid tune, that's my personal favorite tune as well. I've had a chance to take out all of our project cars and the 13' GT with the Hybrid tune definitely halls the mail!
I'd be happy to clear up what the "Hybrid Tune" is since there seems to be a lot of confusion. This tune has the low end grunt of the street tune, the mid range of the performance tune and the all out power up top of the race tune! This and the Ghost Cam tune are both included in our free tunes for life program. So if any of you are members and would like access to this file just give the Bama team a call and they'll hook you up! Our Bama Performance tuning specialists are here in the building Monday-Friday from 9AM-5:30PM EST and Saturday 9AM-5:30PM EST. You can hit them up directly at 888.226.9764.
I hope this helps, let me know if you have any questions!

...I honestly don't have any reason to think these guys are lying or not but extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof.
Someone can do the math here but I don't think that a stock Mustang GT with slicks, especially a stick shift car, is capable of running in the 11s (nevermind 11.5!)....and likewise, I don't think a stock tire car with a couple of bolt ons and a tune would run 11.9
Auto with slicks and a tune, 11.9...in good conditions?...yeah, ok.
I have a GoPro video of it, I have nothing to hide. Its an 11.96 for Christ sake. BFG D/R, JLT Carbon, Factory headers, BBR catless mid pipe, Factory 2.75" exhasut, Roush A/B's, Barton shifter, Bama tuned, stock suspetion in great air. That's the slip right there, think I photoshopped it? I can't figure out why you go back to the "maybe in a auto"...

Assuming an ideal launch, it looks like you'd need ~450whp to make a 11.9 1/4 mile with a stock (full weight) car and a light driver (~3800lbs).

More or less the same, minus wheels, tires and suspention...hence the 11.7 pass.
11.7 at the same MPH
11.3 at 119MPH on a car 1000LBS more
10.4 at 119mph
See the points I am making here?
