For 600whp you can use the 52# of the 13-14 gt500s that can be had for $250 new

As far as HE's go big ones are an upgrade ($$$$) for any blower kit. None of them come with good ones.

That triple pass is no better than a dual pass. In fact the stock 13' GT500 HE will kick the guts out of it and they can be had for $300.

If you want to go above 600hp with any blower kit you need to spend more money on injectors/pump upgrades.

"Better" is a tough word. Will the PC make more power on pump gas? No. Will the PC ultimately make more power if you go nuts with the build (650+) yes. But not very many people "go for it". The cost of 550hp vs 650hp is a lot. Is the PC better quality? No. The PC will need rebuilds. The GT500 blower will last 100K miles plus. And if you do wear one out you can pick another up for $400-500. Which is less than a rebuild and you won't have any down time.

For 95% of people the GT500 blower is "better".

And if you ever decide in the future you want to make big power you can sell the GT500 blower (just the blower, not the entire kit) for about what you paid for it and step up to blowers as big as 4.5L.

Correct.

How much is the average charge fora shop to fit a supercharger?
$800-1000

That is what comes with the GT550-S197 Stage III.

For those of you that haven't read it, take a gander at this. It explains a lot about blowing a Yote. There is a lot of bad info and "fuzzy math" out there. This clears that up.
