I can't imagine going shorter than the 3.73.

I think 3.31 or 3.55 if you are going FI though.

well i went and did the gear swap went from 3.31 to 4.30 made 4 pass's today at mid michigan motor plex all 4 pass's my 60ft times all et's were in the 12.30's were all in the 1.7 spinning my best et before swap was 12.48 after gear change today my car went 12.33 yes im shifting into fifth kinda wished i had gone all the way to 4.56

You're using 5th with the 430 and now you're wishing you went with the 456. you're using too much gear now

how do u think its to much gear 5 is 1 to1 just like 4th gear used to be back a few years ago my plan was to use 5th gear i mentioned 4.56 just because i could use it since i'm in 5th even if i would have went to 3.73 i would either be going through the traps at about 7200 rpm or shift fifth right now i'm going through traps at 6100 rpm and i dont mind the extra shift also as more tracks are looking to goto 1000 ft over 1320 i'll be all setup for that

What was your trap speed? If you're going to use 5th (I would never) than yes, you're right 456

112 with 3.31 113.9 with 4.30

6th is about .66 to 1... AKA overdrive

3.73 at max unless your planning to be at the drags every weekend, then maybe 4.10. I have 3.31 which I think it great for everyday driveability.

I love my 4.30 with man 6spd it runs about 2400 at 65mph i drive it daily 38 miles each way to work getting 21.5 mpg

j/k. Go with 3.73's and a 28" tall drag radial. That will allow you to trap in 4th gear as high as 122 mph (to allow for some future power mods).

I have 4.10's and 315/35/20 Toyo Proxes and 295/45/17 Mickey Thompson 28ish tall tire and I finish the quarter hitting the redline in 4th
