I'd go with a shelby gt500. My car was 40k a well equipped gt500 is right at 55k.... It's a no brainer, which I am well equipped for. Wait, that didn't come out right!

I'm thinking you get it repainted with orange to purple mystichrome with the Hot Wheels Body Kit first. Then get 3" lift with wheel well cut outs, 23" ballin rims with low profile rubber, double layered 5% limo tint, 4 Kicker 18" subs in the trunk with 5000w JVC amp, red leather wrapped bench seats front and back, rare walrus skin wrapped dash and console, suspension hydraulics, fuzzy dice, amd top it all off with a cherry bomb exhaust. Also, I would add a JLT Oil Separator.
Has anyone seen pics of a setup like this? I would be interested to see!

For $15k, a built 5.8L Wiseco shortblock, CNC Heads, Cams, and that will be just about it. Then you add the fuel system and Boss intake. Sell off the factory stuff and buy a blower.

If you want to drop that much dime on a Stang, start with a built long block and then worry about the rest later. But pre-plan for boost or N/A. You may be able to squeeze in a long block and blower depending on what you purchase.
