1500 hp mustang

Hi,
I want to build a 1500 hp mustang. I know that this thing would cost me a lot of money and time.
So guys I need your help, I have some ideas like buying short block or long and work on it but I prefer to build the engine in local shop. So I found some stroker kit like

http://www.dssracing.com/5_0_Coyote_Rotating_Assembly_Kit_p/ra5.0x5coyote.htm

http://www.modularmotorsportsracing.com/cart/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=4_30_31&pro ducts_id=364

http://www.modularheadshop.com/pistonsnrods/13320.aspx

What is your advice??

And the 6R80 transmission auto, how much it handles ??

http://www.revmaxconverters.com/index.php/6r80.html

http://www.jpcracing.com/circle-d-billet-pro-series-stage-iii-6r80-converter-4b/

How i can make it stronger to handle 1500hp?

Most important point I am lost between supercharge and turbo, what is your advice Im thinking of using JPC turbo kit

Please guys I need your advice.

Man, this is a tough question to sort of answer.

First and foremost JPC Turbo would be my go to source for power. Jeff Polvika uses their Race system which still uses their 76mm turbo but increases the intercooler size along with all of the piping if I am not mistaken and he is on the verge of a 7 second 1/4 mile.

JPC Racing also has their turbo kit which ran a 7.1X earlier in the year. This was them at Import vs. Domestic race in November

When it comes to the engine you are going to need to sleeve the block and use forged internals at the minimum. You MIGHT have to put in the support braces, but I don't think so. That would be a question suited for your engine builder. In my opinion, there are only 4 people in no particular order that I would trust to build me an engine like that.
  1. JPC Racing / RGR Engines
  2. MPR Racing Engines
  3. L&M Engines
  4. John Mihovitz / Accufab

That is just the shortblock, then you need to tackle the heads. I do know that JPC Racing recommends their Stage 2 heads for turbo guys and their Stage 3 heads for S/C applications. Then you need to look at cams, custom grind cams would be an absolute in my opinion to get the most available power that you can for your setup. Once again, JPC has turbo grind cams available.

Forget MMR, I am not a real big fan of them AT ALL!!

You will most certainly have to build the 6R80 to handle that power. Most people I see doing these stupid High HP builds are going with Powerglides or TH400's because they are mostly being used as drag racing cars. I don't know how much torque the 6R80 can hold off the top of my head although it would be something nice to know

I do have Aaron & Eric at JPC's email address if you want to send me a message. Aaron is very good at responding to emails while Eric is pretty good at returning phone calls. I think they are both going down to Bradenton for the NMRA Spring Break Shootout so it may be until Tuesday or Wednesday that would hear back from them if you are interested in talking to JPC Racing about this.
