These are super bright, I actually had to wrap the lenses in some left over tint because they were so bright. You might want to look for some 2 or 4 SMD bulbs if you don't want them super bright. Also a bit of advice, when taking out the lenses and swapping the bulbs be super careful, one of mine fell apart and the other was already cracked.

That would be interesting, plasti dipped and wrapped. If you wrap, make sure you get the good stuff like 3M. I got the cheap crap by accident and it didn't seem as easy to work with as all the how-to youtube videos I watched.

 

I was just kidding. Just trying to see if I could stir Al and Joe up! I've got some of the vinyl but haven't decided when or where I'm going to use it yet.

Thx John... Are you happy with all the lights? I wish I could see them all in person before I bought . How about the antenna? Are you happy? I like how it's a lot shorter.

 

I'm happy with the reverse lights, for the price you can't go wrong. Some places are selling them for $60-70 a set. As for the license plate lights, they're a little bright having 6 leds per light. If I could do it again I would get ones with 2 leds per bulb. I wrapped the lenses in tint and that solved the problem.

The antenna I love. It's just perfect and really refines the look of the rear. It's made of billet and replaces the base too, plus it came with the install tool. The stock antenna reminds me of something you'd see on a walkie talkie.

Thanks Burton! My photo skills are getting better lol. Still roush springs, trying to make up my mind on which koni's at the moment, once I figure that out I'll have to pick springs. It's narrowed down to BMR and k springs.

 

Here's a couple new pics my buddy took from the Chicagoland Mustang Club season opener today. Clay barred, Megs Ultimate, Dodo Juice Purple Haze, and BFWD topped of with Chemical Guys V07. Besides Burton's car(FromZto5), I've never seen Kona look so good.

Thanks bro....sorry I didn't notice this before. The k's and koni's handle awesome but it's a real tight ride and can get harsh at times. I still can't make up my mind if I love or hate the k's. Absolutely no body roll or nose dive what so ever, corners like its on rails. I have total confidence in my suspension now and try to push it's limits at times lol. I would love for a softer spring, but I'm afraid I'll lose some of the handling characterics I've grown to love/hate. I ordered a set of Eibach Sportlines 2 weeks ago but Jegs screwed up the order and sent me the wrong ones. So I'm just going to ride it out with the k's for the summer.

 

Nice new pics man. I looooooove those svts! Dang, how many sets of rims do you have? Lol. The only thing about those svts, aren't those only 18s? Is there an option to get 19s? I think I would have to get 19s from here out.

 

Thanks bro! I only have 3 sets now lol. They're 19x9.5 just like the RTR's. I initially wanted a set for winter or track wheels but came across a complete set with tires and sensors. Figured I'd try them on and I really like the look with the kona and stripes. I might sell the RTR's, still haven't decided yet.

John, in THIS particular case, I much prefer the SVT's. So those are original OEM SVT's? I did not know they came in 19's. I want those baaaaad. But I am saving for a supercharger, so cosmetic mods will have to wait

How did you find those rims??? who was selling those? I figured you bought them straight from Ford? how much if you don't mind me asking? with tires?
