Let me know what you decide to do!

fyi - do you know the name of the 5.MONSTER guy? Super nice guy who posts and responds to us/me, but I forgot his name! ugh... my bad.
Yes, Burton, I know Marty quite well on here and he's a very super nice guy just as you said. I think he may have read some of the other threads I've posted on about this, but I can't recall from memory exactly which threads they were. So perhaps I should just PM Marty and find out what his opinions/thoughts might be. I've also chatted with Gabe via PM in which he also brought up adjusting the Koni yellows to full soft settings in which I did quite a while ago. After informing him that adjusting to full soft settings did very little to improve the ride quality, he then suggested that it could possibly be the progressive spring rates of the Eibach Pro-Kit Springs as the main contributing factor, but I honestly cannot confirm that for certain one way or the other. So once again, this brings me back to the scenario of making the switch to softer tires which also provide a taller sidewall as a solution towards helping improve ride quality

That's it! Marty was his name-oh! M-A-R-T-Y, M-A-R-T-Y, lol... ok bad joke on Bingo was his name-oh song Thanks for the reminder though. I forgot.

Yes, I think tires and springs might be your culprit. I'm guessing you're not planning on switching your springs anytime soon, so, tires would be the next logical!

Yep, that's Marty lol. Anyway you're right about not switching springs anytime soon Burton and switching back to the stock springs is definitely not an option so it would, therefore, appear as though making the wheel and tire switch would seem to be the next logical option

If you can do the labor, swapping in some new springs would be much cheaper than a new set of tires, wheels, mounting/balancing, etc.
I have my Steeda Sports for sale for only $125 shipped

I'll definitely keep that in mind Gabe I also wanted to follow up on our last conversation via PM about doing further research on the Eibach springs in regards to being contributing factors towards affecting ride quality. According to my research on Google, half the sites visited claim that making the switch from OEM to progressive rate springs do affect it, while the other half point the finger at the design of the Koni dampers and claim that by making the switch to Bilstein HD dampers notice a significant improvement in ride quality/comfort over the Koni yellows. Does this mean I'm going to take the plunge by making the switch from the Koni yellows to Bilstein only to find out that making the switch did nothing for improving ride quality? No way, as I would most definitely take the spring route change first before switching out the Koni dampers lol. At any rate, as I also mentioned to you in the last PM, I have an interest in buying a set of OEM GT500 18x9.5" wheels from a friend of mine that have been sitting in storage and still in like new condition ever since his 2008 GT500 was shipped to Shelby American in Vegas to be upgraded to the Super Snake option package. His wheels also include the original tires and has agreed to sell both the wheels and tires to me for $600.00. Needless to say, that's a really great deal despite the fact I'll be upgrading the tires anyhow, but still in all, just the wheels alone are worth more than $600 for being in such excellent condition. Therefore I'm hoping that by making the switch to a softer tire with also a taller sidewall will at the very least help make an improvement in ride quality

I really don't know as to whether or not it will work out Gabe? I'm just assuming and hoping that it will. However, if it doesn't work out, then I'll know for certain that it is the Eibach springs which will then be the next to be replaced on my suspension list. In the meantime, congrats on selling the Steeda Sport Springs over on s197 forums, as I'm sure the dude who purchased them from you is really going to enjoy them

Lou what's up buddy

Thanks for the props. I have been short on pics, and additionally, I have gotten another toy/mistress/girlfriend (call it what you want) - but I might have to take miles away from Marilyn

I was also wondering the same about Burton, Tony! He hasn't been on here in nearly 3 years... He used to be a regular who posted on nearly a daily basis, if I recall correctly?

Well, I'm glad to see I was wrong about the "pig-nose" part.
The model he bought is actually quite good-looking, I'd drive that.
