almost as bad as one salesman repeatedly saying corona blue even after hearing me call it kona multiple times, at least garber blue didn't have extra letters thrown in.

With some of the things I've heard from the sales people in my area I feel like I should ask the owner/manger/who ever if they're in need of a mustang guy or if they have one please point him out because I surely am not talking to him. I don't expect them to hire some one who knows every thing about FORD's line up or even about one model but I do expect there to be some sort of class or training after they were hired. FORD and the dealers seem to try pretty hard to educate the customer about their product why not their own employees?

I have yet to have a salesman who knows his product, and it's a bit disheartening. I understand there is a high turnover rate, and most have very little car experience, but that is no excuse. It seems to me that they are more interested in "what can I do to make you drive this home today?" Well, for one, you can correctly describe the vehicle and it's features. Next, you can remember my name the first time I tell you. Pretty easy to impress me, yet failure every time. I know there are some salesmen on this site who are well informed, and of course they are the exception.
