Less road noise. I wouldn't say huge difference but definitely noticeable.

Wife got me a sub for xmas. And I picked up an Alpine amp. The shop made a little holder for it in the wheel well. I need to pick up some velcro for the sub.

 

Let us know what your impressions are on the sub. I like the JL stealthbox, but at $750, I'm researching other options. I spent that on the sub in my truck, but this "might" fit the bill.

 

I really like, it takes up little space, hits hard and you can't beat it for 130.00. The Alpine is running 300 rms to it. Very happy with the setup.

We seem to think some what alike. ill try and post pics of mine on here, if i can figure it out. i like the wheels!! i just bought some SVE drift wheels and i have some nitto nt05 on the way! i also really like the new boot u put on. I'm getting the MGW short throw shifter soon and i think im going to go with that boot.

Also i see you're thinking of springs, eibach sports? i bought the FRPP "P" springs, they drop the car 1". the eibachs in my opinion are too much of a drop. a lot of huys put those on and im baffled at how they have a nice enjoyable ride. sorry to blabber on, but im excited to find some one with mods like mine!!

If you havent yet, id get an oil separator so you dont get your intake clogged up in the long run!

 

Thanks! Let me know what you think about the Nt05's. I'm think of getting 2 for the rear in the next few weeks. I'm leaning towards BMR or K springs.

 

No problem. I just got the tires today. If you're going to get some don't just get rears. You have to have matching tread or the ride will feel weird. As for springs I suggest if you do like the really low look and out of those 2, go with the ford k springs. Keep the ford parts!

 

The 2 for the rear is only for trips to the track. I swap em out in the garage.

 

Hawk ceramic front and rear pads. Waiting to order some shocks and hopefully springs too so I can install everything at once.

 

Where did you get the kit? How much of a difference did it make?

 

No difference to me, mainly looks better in the engine bay.

 

the sub sounds extremely clean I gave mine to my nephew... it doesnt hit hard enough IMO

was gonna put it in my stang until his friend riding in the back seat kicked a hole in it
