Here's hoping the loser in this deal takes a favorable look at Yates.

 

I don't think UPS would want to sponsor any Yates cars. UPS wants to sponsor somebody either who's great now or has great reputation in NASCAR in the past. That's why they wanna leave Reutimann and Waltrip Racing.

 

If Roush really is helping Yates find sponsors, they might go with Doug because they can point to the fact that Yates Racing is increasingly a RR sister team, with lots of potential going forward. If not, hey I was betting that Office Depot would lose anyway

 

Since Roush have to "kill" one of its teams by the end of the season, I hope that sponsor (and car) can go to Yates. I'm expecting #6 car will be "killed" since AAA is leaving the team at the end of the season and then Ragan will be moved to #26 team.
