Serious question: why doesn't NASCAR mix it up and drive the other way?

Obviously you dont watch nascar, tune in august 12, theyll be racing at watkins glen on espn!! road course race, left, rights, up, and downs!! And what i like is that teams hire ron fellows, boris siad, marcos ambrose, etc, road course specialists to drive there cars and still get spanked by jef gordon, tony stewart, kyle bush, and kevin harvick!!!! Best drivers in the world...... Hands down!!

Without question, they are the greatest drivers for what they drive. The road course races are a little bit more interesting to me but they are still driving too slow for my taste. The no racing in the rain and the cautions really chap me to no end. I tried to watch it....just can't do it.

I agree with the cautions, the rain parts..... If stock cars raced in the rain then it would be called drifting!!!

NASCAR sucks bigoleballs!
The drivers spend most of their career keeping up with traffic.
Best drivers in the world.

Its funny, cause these open wheel racers come to nascar and there the ones that suck! I guarantee you nascar guys can adapt and learn an open wheel car way quicker than open wheel racers adapting to stock cars

F-1 cars- wider chassis, lower center of gravity, wider tires! I guarantee you all if you got in both cars on the same track, youd turn a better lap time in an f-1 car
