Nice color but I could never like the thin stripes and I prefer the stock wheels.

I thought the same too in the beginning. Figured I would remove the stripes for wider ones, but after seeing it in person and driving it for a week. I'm now looking for a goo paint guy to do these exact stripes painted. I just love them. Luckily, there's options for everyone.

On a side note (or the main note), I finally got to put the car through some twisties this weekend. In a word - WOW!

I NEED to get her to a track and fast!

If I were to have the PP stripes painted on (and if I had a SVTPP, I surely would), I would add maybe 1-2" of width on each stripe. It would still be much thinner than the standard GT500 stripes, but it would be just a hair wider, which would be perfect IMO.

Great story. Congrats on the ride.

At first I also was against the smaller stripes, but I saw a White w/Red stripe PP and it actually looked pretty good. I think the black pinstrip on the outside of the stripe helps.

15% Tints

The tints are on... This is a quick pic from my phone as I have to get the front doors re-tinted... FOR THE THIRD TIME!
First pass was good, but I didn't like the gap they left around the edge of the window. They gave me an excuse it was "the way the computer cut it." I said I don't care, I don't want a gap. so they did them by hand... result? BUBBLES!

So HQ pics will come once the tints are good and I then put a nice wax and glaze on.

BTW.. I am loving the CS scoops!
