I own a 2005 GT...thought this was an appropriate spot to post.

 

Just having some fun with you.
Obviously there are some big style changes between our model years (05-09) and the 2010.
I think most would agree that our's looks better.
So save your marriage and get a 07-09 GT500, and also get a better looking car.

 

I like the front end of the Shelby 2010+ moreso than than 07-09....but the asz on the 07-09 is much prettier.

Well if they are so dull why don't you confine yourself to the 2010+ model forums and quit hating on "our" cars.
The 2011 GT500 is a fine car but the 07-09 GT500 has a much more muscle car look to it- and that's the look I prefer. Actually I'm preferring the look of the Super Snake (which my car is being converted to even as we speak).

Yeah, I think this discussion happened 2 years ago.

 

Was great. Loved the short shifter. Was not used to it so every time I changed gears, I was expecting a GRIND when I released the clutch. Comfortable ride too, which i was only half expecting.....and power everywhere. The supercharger whine was eargasmic.
