It's free with purchase of a GT500. Is it not?

Which Supersnake package did you go for? I was speaking with Sean Hyland this past weekend about them upgrades....dam pricey. But if I was in a position to do so, I surely would.

You mean to tell me you don't see the success of the 2005 Mustang and all the acclaim that vehicle got as being THE reason there is a Camaro and a Challenger today?

I did the 725HP upgrade.
While the price might seem high, to me it made great sense.
I had been looking at a 2011 GT500 and the price difference between my trade and the 2011 was going to be 32k. While the 2011 is a nice car it really wasn't a 32k upgrade over my car, add to that I think my model year looks much better. So I just could not see doing that deal.

I had also considered a 2012 Boss, but as I found out more info on the car I knew it was going to suit my needs.
I then realized that turning the car into a Super Snake was the perfect answer. The cost was a bit more than upgrading to a 2011 but it gives me a very unique car- IN the body style that most appeals to me.

I agree. My car is just so dull.

The rear end look, not the car.

Very much like some pics when you get it back. I assume Sean Hyland has it?

I was looking at getting a 2012 Boss or a 2011 GT500, but I just couldn't give up my 08 GT500. The car is just so much better looking than those other two.
That's an opinion...not a statement. And like anything else, opinions are like butt-holes, we all have one and think ours smells better than the next guys.

I've owned both model years and I prefer the 2010 overall. Guess that explains why I traded my 2005 GT for my 2010 GT

2010 year you got the less attractive *** end.. And you missed out on a 5.0 2011 would have been the way to go if you like the new body style

When I bought mine (ordered 4/13/2009) there was no 5.0, just rumors and the rumors became fact AFTER I had already bought mine.

Again, that's just your opinion on the attractiveness of the rear-end of the car. I have owned both, and I do not make comments about those that have the '05 - '09 body style or their cars.... so why do so many of you seem to think you have that right? But, I suppose I can lower my standards of conduct and turn into the same type of A-hole if that is what is required.......

Trade it in for an 2011, it's fine you dig that rear end, it just seems less retro seems more like a Honda tail light or something not ford
