Green Light
Green Light
The boss has given me the green light, so now I'm looking on line and see that are remaining 2010s left. What do you guys think is a fair price to offer for a fully loaded coupe sitting on the lot collecting dust?

Look also for a low mileage used one, you could find a really good deal.

When you have all the finances ready ask for the invoice price, the holdback, dealer fees then figure the total. Your bottom line should not be less than $4.5K off the MSRP. If you offer is not receptive ask if your contact number is wanted just in case and move on to the next dealer.
You have the advantage of being in the middle of winter. If you have a trade in it could mess up the deal unless you are ready to sacrifice its value for the car you have in mind.

Ford needs to follow Daimler's rules for SMART
I was at a Smart dealer this past weekend and heard an interesting comment from the manager as they tried to get me to buy a 2009.
I asked if where were '10s. He said, "They are all 2009's. Daimler won't allow us to order any 2010's until we sell all of our 2009's."
That's the way to promote sales!
