There's a ruby red with black stripes at Ray Skillman in greenwood, IN. Sitting on the showroom floor now. Amazing in person!

First the decision, it's gonna either be a Ruby Red with black stripes no track pack and no glass roof or a DIB w/ white stripes and every option but shaker pro. I already have a DIB V6 so I'm kind of leaning towards the Ruby Red. The thing is I really want one with the glass roof but if I ever decide to track it will the people running the track give me problems for having a glass roof? Next It will be stored for about 3-4 months at a time and not driven or started. Is this bad for it and do I need to do anything other than what you would normally do for any car that is stored? Anything special for the engine since it's supercharged? Thanks
I really think you need to supply some pics of each to help us help you make the decision

I know right, the only reason this is even a discussion about which one to get is because I already have a DIB one. I love that color and Ruby Red is my second fav but alas I have decided to get the DIB since I love the color so much and it has all the options I want. 69.6K is MSRP and they are gonna let me get it for 64.2K. What do y'all think about that price?

We had them chromed and they are very pretty!!! Is it bad that the rims made it to California before I did? lol
Haha I bet the rims look nice! I have stored cars before but my main concern was the fact that it's supercharged and I have never owned a supercharged car with this amount of power stored away. I'm glad a couple of you have done it with no problems.

Here are a few the dealer sent me. They're not that great of quality but you get the idea.

I will probably change out the stripes for black ones but I'm not sure if the seats with white stripes would look weird.

No way would I change out the stripes. White just looks too good on the Red and darker colored cars.

Also, I always remove the batteries before storage to prevent corrosion.
I am 100% in agreement with this. Don't start it unless it can be brought up to full operating temperature for enough time to get the moisture out of the exhaust. I don't start mine unless I can drive it enough in order to accomplish this. Mine sit from December to March. My 1993 has the original factory exhaust. It does develop a small oil leak over the winter but that goes away once it returns to use. To me, this is an OK trade off. The 1993 has been stored this way since 2002. Battery out and in the basement where the temperature is a little more stable. My garage can get near freezing in the winter and, from what I understand, charging is not optimal at such a low temp.

BTW, I'm partial to the Ruby Red. Great looking car.

Hey if I remember correctly I believe you're car has a lot of parts I'd love to add to mine, so if you start selling some parts from the v6 let me know, I'm very interested

The only thing keeping me from going D.I.B. is I already have one and don't want two. Either way I'm heading home soon and will be picking up one of these beauties.
