Honestly, the interior hasn't changed much since the 1997 C5's. They spruced up the materials, the panel fits, etc, but everything is still laid out the same. A person can go right from a 1997 C5 to a 2011 Z06/ZR1 and instantly know how to use everything in there. It is extremely functional though! If you use the vette for what it is, obscenely fast road rocket, then you completely forget about the interior, haha.

 

I don't care too much for the looks of the six-year old C6 design, inside and out (the C6 Corvette's interior is utter crap). It's time for a new Corvette, Chevy. I wonder how well the Shelby would perform if one were to take the $6-13K saved over a 'Vette and invested it in engine, suspension, braking and other performance mods.
