Back in the Saddle

At the end of 2008 I traded a 2006 Mustang GT in for a Hemi Orange 2009 Challenger R/T. The car has been great for the time I have had it, with zero issues and always got a lot of attention. But deep down I am a Ford guy and today I made a deal for a 2010 Shelby Mustang GT500 in Graber Blue and white stripes. Ford Canada currently has a promotion on that discounts the 2010's to below invoice and I could not pass that up.

The only options are HID headlights. I will be picking the car up tomorrow so pictures will follow.
I guess I won't be sleeping much

Deep down inside you know there are muscle cars and then there is the GT500. Congrats on the purchase, that's my favorite combo.

http://www.pro-models.com/ type in Shelby GT500 and scroll down to the bottom. You'll find a 2010 GT500 1:18 exactly as yours.

Congrats! I'm sooo jealous. All I've wanted was a Grabber w/white Shelby, But due to it being way out of my price range I've had to settle for a grabber GT

They're awesome quality. I bought 2. One to play with and another to leave in the box.
I had mine shipped USPS. No brokerage or duty!!

Enjoy!!! Good combo. It's the same as mine. I'm out in Vancouver and I'm not putting a front plate on mine (required by law). I live a block from the police station and drive by countless cops every time I take the car out. I have yet to get hassled by them. What did it end up costing you before taxes?

Mellow yet throaty. Sounds good!

I have no choice but to go with Borla since I have been told (numerous times) that I am irresponsible, childish, loud, and obnoxious... among other things which the language filters disagree with.

Hey!!! And what's up with fog lamps on in the middle of the day? Do you really need that much more attention? Tough crowd, aren't we?

In Canada the Fog Lamps are used for Daytime Running Lights, which are mandatory here. My Lincoln MKS is uses the Fogs as well. I like it

About $55,000 CDN ($52,700 US). Without the discount I would have paid another $10,000 CAD
