Yes you would.

From my long lits of Mustangs the current generation has been the most satisfying for my taste mainly due to its balanced performance, design, features and options.

I will not be pursuing the '13. Surprised?

Sure I would like one as I would a Ford GT, a Viper, or a ZR1. But I will be salivating when the lucky ones get their hands on them.

 

It's unreal how they are just coming unglued over there about the GT500. I mean it's page upon page about it. Over here there's barely a whisper about the "rolling start" ZL1.

 

Front is still hodeous but I'm glad they fixed the rediculous tailights/back up light crap. If ford had only listened in the first place.

 

The Mustang enthusiasts are passionate, no doubt. The Camaro guys are passionate and obsessive bordering on compulsive. Worst, jealousy seems to be a prevalent trait with a lot of them.

 

Those guys make new threads everytime someone looks at their cars, HUGE difference on other forums.

Even among GM guys camaro5 is a place to make fun of lol

 

Oh man it looks like the entire line is getting that Dodge Ram nose...ugh

 

I'm guessing the backup lamps are actually the centers of the tailights. Probably duel filament LEDs.

 

Wish I had the money for one! Have hated the rear end since'10 but it's getting better, however the front seems to be getting worse...the front on the '11 was so mean looking but I hated the rear. I wanted to switch the rear from an '05-'09 with the front end of the'11 it would have made such a good looking stang! The only exception is the Shelby gt 350, that whole car is a beautiful piece of art!

 

Wonder if Shelby will try to sue Ford for using his KR hood on these cars LOL

But I agree. I like the look on the GT500, but I don't like it across the board.

Overall the '10-'12s look better to me. But the other improvements of the '13 can't be denied

 

Honestly Jason, the new front fascia really reminds me of the Steeda 2010-2012 fascia.....

 

I am not happy with it. I do like the hood vent I have seen.

The bottom part of it I agree. But it's the fogs in the GT500 grill that is really killing it for me. I think Ford would have been much better served just to put Steeda Q fascias on the '13s and call it a day

Why are all the pics of grabber-blue with a black stripe... I want to see a black with white stripe GT500. Thats where it's at.

 

True dat. I don't mind the fogs in the grille, but I still like the matte black 2010-2012 GT grille better. I don't really like the painted sideskirts either. I always liked the 05-09 V6 and GT500 black skirts because they visually lightened the load on the GTs. I love all the new options and standard features though...meh either way doesn't matter to me. Won't be getting one haha.

 

Did anybody else notice on Fords website that it said Summer availability on the GT500, but spring on the other cars.
