Mmmmmm torque...

I had a feeling there might be a NA 5.4 in the future with the effort put into the aluminum version. May as well make use of it before it's put out to pasture.

So I guess this might be the 2013 S/E to keep people distracted before the new model???

Hopefully the next Mach will be a street friendly version of the Cobra Jet, much like the Boss sounds like it will be a street version of the 302R!

Dammit....I was hoping they'd throw a 6.2 in the mix somewhere. Although I love the idea of the Boss, the only real reason to trade my s197 in is for the added perks of the Nav/Electronics package (I'm guessing the Boss won't have). Now they've dashed my hopes of a bigger engined Mach with Boss looks. Now I'm in analysis paralysis....lol.

It slots in perfectly along with the Boss...assuming the Boss is stripped down. Based on history they had similar looks but the Boss was more of a track car whereas the Mach had all the amenities, plus was a bruiser on the street.

Now, is there any chance Ford will revive Black Jade?

I completely understand having to fight the urge to wait for the next big thing. I've been doing it for years.

All I want a BOSS 302. That's it. No MACh 1. No GT500.
