How many considering the BOSS302?
boss is soo awsome... same issues though you just want to drive faster and corner hard as you like because it still sais is that all your gonna though at me and laughs back at you when your taking a 25mph turn at 75mph.......overall
best car i have ever driven..... and if its what you want is it reallly a question..... although i will be finding a navi system take off from another car and adding it to my boss

Try this little test. Go sit in a Boss and do the following-
a) listen to the stereo with your favorite music playing
b) look up at the roof
c) turn it on and blip the throttle, listening to the stock exhaust
d) put in reverse and back up 50 feet
e) turn off the car
d) feel the steering wheel and then get out of the car
Stare at the car and consider if you are going to daily drive a car with summer-only tires that might wear down fast enough that it becomes a part of your regular maintenance budget. Then look at your bank account and ask if those things are worth the cost of the depreciation plus whatever is needed to make the selling price. If these are, then ask yourself if the 2013 Boss features are undesirable.
If after all that the answer is 'yes', then happy Boss motoring to you!

Once upon a time - before many of us, including myself, were old enough to drive - America produced the baddest production cars on earth. After that golden age of the American muscle car passed in the early 70s, most of us thought we would never live to see anything like it again. For whatever reason (have the stars properly aligned?) America is once again making the baddest cars on earth. All of the Big Three are represented in some way.
The BOSS epitomizes this resurgence - it's American Muscle at its very finest. It wasn't created by "ideas guys" in the board room. It was created by Ford's racing team on the racetrack - with real race car drivers at the wheel. Real race car engineers and real race car mechs were behind the scenes. Ford managed to beat the Euros (particularly the M3 and Mercedes AMG) at their own "our balance and maneuverability is holier than thou" game, and did so at a time when Ford was at its bleakest point ever.
I was on the Ford website building what was supposed to be my "practical" new truck when I happened on the BOSS. I first thought that it must be a gimmick - maybe a graphics package with some forced induction and a higher price tag. Nope. The more I looked and learned, the more I knew that this is no gimmick. It's the REAL THING. Needless to say, the planned purchase of the practical truck is out and the totally inpractical BOSS is in. Practicality can wait until I'm an older man.
With many BOSS buyers, it's kind of a love at first sight thing. That's why many of us (myself included) bought these cars completely sight-unseen - i.e. without ever seeing or touching one in real life.

I'm feel very safe in assuming that these cars will not deprciate........@4000 units, 750 or so lagunas, if your lucky enough to own a Yellow Blaze (@ 250 units)........these cars may take a small hit the first few years MAYBE, but these are money in the bank........can't proove it but just wait and see.
Turning a Boss into a daily driver would most likely devalue it faster than if it was a collector.
I sure have considered getting a Boss 302 LS. I would love to have one, but I also want a GT500. The 650 horespower of the 2013 GT500 has won me over. With the limited number of Boss LS being produced, I did not want to fight for one. Ideally, I would get a GT with track pack and glass roof, a Boss 302 LS, and a GT500. However, I do not have enough garage space for all three and cannot afford to buy three new cars. I will just enjoy the GT500 and admire and appreciate those who bought a GT or Boss 302.

I am seriously considering a new 13 Boss My 12 GT has only 1700 miles on it
and I really love it but I like the Boss even more. I traded my 2010 Camaro SS/RS
6 man and never looked back. Both cars were bought at the same dealer
I am interested to see if they would add the availability cost option considering that I purchase 2 cars within a two year period. When my car was delivered they had a LS in the showroom that was sold on Ebay for 61k in July 011
I wouldn't pay a dime over list they did the same $#!+ with the Camaros when they first came out now they are giving them away below list.
A friend of mine orderd a ZL1 Camaro at list price because he buys all his vehicles at that dealer.

I agree with the race red. However, my first choice would be competition orange. Hopefully, Ford will bring back competition orange before the end of 2012.The black on orange is out of this world.
