I'll take a 2011 GT with the GT500 rear bumper, Steeda front bumper, and the 2010 GT 19" track pack wheels and be one happy camper. Sounds like I'm gonna have to spend some cash to get exactly what I want.

I do like the carbon trim inside. I think I'd opt for that if possible as well.

A number of the early cars were built with the spoiler delete option. I am thinking it will be available <fingers crossed>.

exactly give it HIDs black out the grille, move the tribar pony to center, and pick any other spoiler and I'd like it

Hi, Jeff, I never liked that rear diffuser on the GT500, and I certainly don't like it on the GT/CS. I don't like what SAI does to Mustangs, so I don't want to see the factory doing those same mods. Regardless of whether I look at individual pieces or look at the entire car as a whole, I'm still seeing bruises from the ugly stick all over the '11 GT/CS. All in all, it looks bad.

I've made my peace with the GT/CS by thinking of it as just a pony package for the GT.

I could be wrong though, are these things serialized?

I'd prefer no badge or off to the side, it just looks tacky right in the center. I like the black delete grille from the SEMA car, and that hood works too (but only if it's functional). I want no stick-on bull**** on my GT, that's all.

Also, what's SAI?

Please, offer the bumpers as a package and some other bits, but not the CS, and I GUARANTEE you'll sell it. Right now they have the looks and the go power, but you can't get both at the same time. If anything, you should have to get the Brembo pkg. to be able to get the GT/CS nonsense, that way it all coincides with one another.

I'm assuming also that the the 2011 GT isn't going to get any sort of reveal/press time like the 2010 did, or the V6 in LA, just drop them on the floor and let them talk themselves, huh?

Impretty sure ford will offer certain bits individually, but Steeda's already won my money for their front bumper. Assuming they offer it at a reasonable price

Agreed. If they can offer a good price on their front/rear bumper combo, I'll definitely do that. I do like the idea of cooling the Brembos and making them perform better, and the look is just different enough from a GT stock bumper to interest me. As long as it's not a fiberglass bumper, count me in.

That would be nice, but I doubt it. Good thing for GB is that it's not metallic.

That's true! Thereby making it easier to match since you don't have to get the exact blend of metal flake in there. How much do you think it would cost to paint that sucker?

I had a bumper resprayed at a dealer and it was around $350. I'd imagine about $600 to get both of them done, especially if they can spray both at the same time.

Like you, I'd prefer them painted if possible. I wonder if MRT and CDC will carry them down the road.

Hopefully they will. Also, the more vendors there are the easier it will be to get a good deal. Might even be able to make some money back selling the stock bumper on ebay.

I think SteedaGus said the bumper would be ready by spring 2010, let me go find his post....

The front bumper should be ready in late spring of this coming year, I'm estimating sometime in April.

The 2 cars we've done those on so far used prototypes made out of fiberglass, final product should be urethane like our 05-09 pieces for the same great fit and finish.

At first I didn't mind that stuff on my car...but now when I get more money, the hood scoop is gone, and I'll put on some functional side scoops, or maybe trash those too. I guess it won't really be a true GT/CS anymore. I can live with that - it's still a Mustang!
