Actually, both the driver and the passenger are fine. How, I don't know (after having seen pictures of the car - it's quite the glowing endorsement of how safety-oriented these cars must be, as the 'car' that was left was nothing but a hulking shell, and the idiot pilot of the rocket, and his unwitting passenger, were both left alive, if not unharmed.)

 

The KB, on the other hand, was junked, along with the rest of the car :P You animals!

The passenger is not fine. He is still in ICU and is not expected to make it out.
