I have no plans to use true slicks right now. My axles should be fine with the DRs since they will spin and not lock down like the slicks. Trial and error. 1 good run in the high 11's is all I want and then I am done...

 

Good point.... The DR will slip enough to prevent any breakage. Good Luck with your TnT....
