Sweet. That Mig-17 was pretty sweet too!

 

I was out taking my daily walks at work and I heard and saw a high speed prop plane heading down the centerline of the runway at Tulsa . Sure enough it was the 'Gunslinger' P51. It pulled up hard, lowered the gear and landed. I guess he's back from the Canadian lodging business. I've asked around and everybody knows who it is but no one knows his real name and the guy that does is in New England looking at all the pretty trees. I guess calling Jones Riverside airport would yeild the guys name. I'll keep my ear out for a good lead. The P-51 sounded good today!!!

Well I had a friend of mine stop by today and he's the airplane nut. Anyway he went to a big P-51 airshow in Columbus a few weeks ago and showed me some pics. They had over 100 flying P-51's there and we talked about the guy that gives flights here in Tulsa. Its not the Gunslinger P-51. The P-51 is called Miracle Maker.
