Sounds good Tony. I will probably get most of the car ready myself. I want to try my hand at some autobody. It's been a while. I do work with wood everday so I think I can do it. Based on the pics I posted what do you think is fixable. I think I will just get a new repro fender and try my hand at bondo work on the door and lower rear quarter forward of the wheel. The rocker moulding I will get new as well. More than likely get the spoiler Jarrod has. Not sure on the hood. I like the Cobra R hood better than the cobra RR.

 

Ok this was MY car with the hood...minus the scoop (same hood though) and gauges installed...good enough?

 

That isnt the hood though...That car was totaled by a drunk TU football player...I baught the Cobra RR hood and S351spoiler for my Green mustang but kinda went through some rough times personally..so I didnt mess with it and put the Car parts in storage. Hopefully my buddies dad still has them or some punk kid working for him didnt steal them

I will hope to have it ready for paint within the next month Tony. I could even go ahead and get the paint I wonder how much I need. A pint? Quart? Plus some clear? I guess as I get close I will call your guy and talk it over.

 

I know a guy that has an almost complete PI setup if you are interested...All you need is an intake manifold.

hey dad thanks for shutting the garage, my friend jake took me to my friend justins house after school (wich is around the corner) and i stayed there for about 20 mins, then went home and popped the hood, and started the car to see if i could figure out what that noise was that we heard yesterday(hope you dont mind.=]), anywho, he came over and i realized i forgot my books at his house so we went over there and we were gonna be right back, but i saw you pull up in the truck, so i didnt worry about going back to shut the garage, so i stayed there for a little bit then came home, i guess you were on your lunch.? so i thought i would let you know where i was, you probably were woundering why the garage was open.
