Hey Jarrod what is stopping you from buying a house?

 

Never done anything that big before... a house is a huge committment. THen there is the I AM PICKY part of it. Next is if Cassie and I dont work out I am stuck with a huge monthly payment (unless club members move in). We are getting a GREAT deal on the 2 bed 2 bath with a garage and valet trash...for like $840 or so...not bad! They are fairly new apartments so efficience is good on bills....I would love to buy a house...but I would like to pay off some debt before I incurr more debt..ya know?

Ever see the movie "The bachelor" There is a scene where he asks the girl to marry him... he does this because he thinks its the right thing to do and he does care for her.... but she asks him if thats what he really wants.... they show him staring off in the distance after she asks this important question... then they flip to a scene of WILD HORSES running free and wild... great scene... after he snapps out of it she gives back his ring... and says "i cant marry you" he asks why and she replies "because you arent ready... i saw that look" hehe
